Mallory was amazing! We found out my daughter , my husband and I had lice no doubt picked up from school. I called on Sunday night and Mallory showed up bright and early on Monday morning. She was incredibly thorough, efficient, informative and super friendly making a not so great situation much less stressful. We received amazing service from Mallory. This was the first time we had dealt with lice in our family and she did an amazing job going through my daughter's hair, which is very long, thick, and challenging. She was very patient with her and did a great job explaining the overall process on how to deal with lice after we leave treatment. She also did a great job, checking the rest of our family and treaty anyone else who had lice in their hair.
