Mallory was very friendly, efficient and informative. I was relieved that she did not find evidence of lice on my daughter and did not recommend treatment, which speaks highly of her integrity. I will definitely contact this business again, if ever needed!

Mallory was amazing! We found out my daughter , my husband and I had lice no doubt picked up from school. I called on Sunday night and Mallory showed up bright and early on Monday morning. She was incredibly thorough, efficient, informative and super friendly making a not so great situation much less stressful. She gave us all the tools along clear instructions we needed to followup after the treatment she gave us. I would call Mallory/ Lice Guru again if we ever needed and I highly recommend!

I came to this place to have my children be checked, and to be treated

Everything was very professional and very courteous. I would definitely come here again. Hopefully we won’t need it.

We received amazing service from Mallory. This was the first time we had dealt with lice in our family and she did an amazing job going through my daughter's hair, which is very long, thick, and challenging. She was very patient with her and did a great job explaining the overall process on how to deal with lice after we leave treatment. She also did a great job, checking the rest of our family and treaty anyone else who had lice in their hair.

100% recommend. thank you!

Jessica was so nice and great with my kids including a baby. Very flexible, next day appointments available, and responsive via text and phone. We recommend her to anyone having issues with lice. We especially like that it's organic and we avoided chemicals and pesticides on our kids.

I was so stressed out when I found out my daughter had lice. I called Jessica/Organic lice guru and got in the same day. She made the whole process look easy. She is so knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her. Lice is gone the same day with a touch up solution a week later. The rest of my family got checked by her and thank goodness we were all clear.

Wow! When I discovered my 8-year old had lice, she and I both freaked out because we had been fortunate enough to dodge the bugs so far. While waiting on Amazon to deliver products and a comb, I couldn't wait another day and wanted to ensure the removal was done professionally and correctly. I sent a text to Organic Lice Guru at 6:30am and heard back within 30 minutes. Within 4.5 hours, Sarah was at our door ready to take care of business. My daughter is multiracial and has long, curly, challenging hair and Sarah was not daunted by the task before her! As soon as she walked in our door, she let my very anxious daughter know that everything would be okay and she was going to take good care of her. Boy, was she right! Sarah got right to business and made my daughter feel like family, allowing me to return to my home office to work. Within a few hours, everything was done, all nasty bugs and eggs removed and my daughter was back to her normal good spirited self. Do not think twice about having this company come over (or head to them) to handle the dirty work for you. It is worth every dollar you'll spend to have the job done correctly. If I could give ten stars, I would. From the first text to the moment Sarah walked out the door, the experience was perfect.

The lice specialist they sent was so wonderful! We have had this issue with lice before from a gym and had used other companies. This company was on time, effective and great follow up! They took care of the issue and was reasonable in price! Plus it's all organic!! Will use if needed in future and recommend to others :)

I found Organic Lice Guru on yelp on a Saturday night at 9:10 pm. I had been battling with lice on my daughter for a whole week. The website does state we can contact them 24/7, but I thought, yeah right on a Saturday night! Well not even a minute later they replied! They assured me that they could take care of the problem and have someone come Sunday morning. India was right on time, she was friendly, patient, and made my daughter feel at ease. She made sure every single nit/lice was gone from her head. I regret not calling them earlier, as I had already spent money and taken time off work to try to take care of this myself. India came back for a recheck and my daughter was in the clear! Thank you India and team for helping us!

5 stars EASY. The day I found out my daughter had lice they got me a same day appointment and made it easy. When you are a working mom easy is a must. Sarah was amazing she made sure the job was done and was very good at keeping my daughter in good spirits given the situation. Sarah educated us on how to prevent and how to clean our home. This was my worst nightmare and Sarah may it less stressful. Thank you Sarah!
