Mallory was amazing! We found out my daughter , my husband and I had lice no doubt picked up from school. I called on Sunday night and Mallory showed up bright and early on Monday morning. She was incredibly thorough, efficient, informative and super friendly making a not so great situation much less stressful. This was the first time we had dealt with lice in our family and she did an amazing job going through my daughter's hair, which is very long, thick, and challenging. She was very patient with her and did a great job explaining the overall process on how to deal with lice after we leave treatment. Wow! When I discovered my 8-year old had lice, she and I both freaked out because we had been fortunate enough to dodge the bugs so far. While waiting on Amazon to deliver products and a comb, I couldn't wait another day and wanted to ensure the removal was done professionally and correctly. I sent a text to Organic Lice Guru at 6:30am and heard back within 30 minutes. Within 4.5 hours, Sarah was at our door ready to take care of business. My daughter is multiracial and has long, curly, challenging hair and Sarah was not daunted by the task before her! As soon as she walked in our door, she let my very anxious daughter know that everything would be okay and she was going to take good care of her. Boy, was she right! The lice specialist they sent was so wonderful! We have had this issue with lice before from a gym and had used other companies. This company was on time, effective and great follow up! I found Organic Lice Guru on yelp on a Saturday night at 9:10 pm. I had been battling with lice on my daughter for a whole week. The website does state we can contact them 24/7, but I thought, yeah right on a Saturday night! Well not even a minute later they replied! They assured me that they could take care of the problem and have someone come Sunday morning.  India was right on time, she was friendly, patient, and made my daughter feel at ease.  She made sure every single nit/lice was gone from her head. I regret not calling them earlier, as I had already spent money and taken time off work to try to take care of this myself.
